Orders are shipped from Indonesia via DHL Express.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated.

This means your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority and vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance.

If applicable, DHL Express may contact you to arrange payment before delivery.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping fees, customs charges, and other associated costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
