RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchanges .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn , unused, unwashed , have all original tags attached , have the DÉVÉRIA Quality Seal attached & intact , and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required . Returns will not be accepted if the Quality Seal has been removed or damaged .
All return or exchanges request must be submitted via email to deveria.world@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not accepted .
If your return or exchanges request is approved, customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs , including any aplicable customs duties ,taxes and import fees. We do not provide return shipping labels . Instructions on where to send your package will be provided once your request is confirmed .
Please note that original shipping fees are non refundable .
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear , alteration , damage not caused during shipping , or does not meet our return conditions.
Damages and Claims
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival .
If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item , please contact us within 48 hours of delivery . We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
To submit a damage , defect , incorect item , or missing item claim , customers must provide a clear and continous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened , without cuts , edits , or pauses .
This requirement ensures fairness and protection for both parties .
Claim submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be processed .
If the claim is approved after verification , we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion .
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged :
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as finale sale

Exchanges
Exchanges are subjected to approval and product availability .
If you wish to exchanges an item ,please submit a return request first . Once approved , you may place a new order for your prefered item .
All shipping cost related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer .
Return Approval & Resolution
Once your approved return is received and inspected , we will notify you regarding the outcome .
If eligible , a refund will be issued to the original payment method . Original shipping fees are non refundable .
