2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at chekout based on weight, dimensions, destination , and shipping method selected . Shipping fees are Non refundable .
- The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

- Free shipping available for GoJek Instant Delivery in Bali Area
- Free shipping available for orders over $270 or during promotional periods.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
- You can track your package through the courier's website or via our store’s order tracking page.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, imposed by the destination country. Customers are fully responsible for any such charges .
- Customs policies vary by country ,please contact your local customs office for more information. DÉVÉRIA is not responsible for customs delays.
If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned or abandoned , shipping costs will not be returned .
7. Shipping Restrictions & Important Information
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses , or certain remote areas. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer . - Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or due to customs delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs procedures.
8. Missing or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos and details.
- Once package is marked as deliverered by the courier , DÉVÉRIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages .
We will assist in communicating with the courier when necessary ; however , final liability rests with the shipping provider .
